Research Objectives
The primary objectives of this research are to evaluate the effects of remote work on employee productivity, job satisfaction, and mental health in a post-pandemic context. Specifically, the study aims to quantify productivity changes by comparing pre- and post-remote work performance metrics. Additionally, it seeks to identify factors influencing employee well-being, including work-life balance, social connectivity, and job engagement. By conducting qualitative interviews, the research will explore employees' personal experiences and perceptions of remote work. Ultimately, these objectives aim to provide actionable insights for organizations to improve hybrid work strategies and enhance employee support systems, promoting a healthier work environment.
