International Journal of Research in Management Sciences (IJRMS) is an Open Access Research Journal aims to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and to disseminate peer reviewed original research results in the broad spectrum of Management Studies. The core vision of IJRMS is to disseminate new ongoing research results to broaden the knowledge of academicians and administrators by promoting free access and providing valuable insight to related information, research results and ideas. IJRMS reviews papers within two weeks of submission and publishes accepted articles on-line immediately upon receiving the final version and followed by print medium. The abstracts will be indexed and available at major academic databases. All submitted manuscripts should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing. IJRMS welcomes submission of original research articles, review papers, conceptual framework, case studies, empirical research, technical notes, and book reviews concerning any branch of Management Studies and their applications in business, industry and other subjects.
