About
My practice is dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and collaborative mental health care tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate Advanced TEAM-CBT (Level 3) with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, unhealthy habits, and behavioral or digital addictions. I believe that meaningful change occurs when empathy, motivation, and practical skills come together. My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying underlying patterns, building emotional resilience, and equipping clients with effective strategies to create lasting change. As a PhD research scholar, I bridge research and clinical practice by contributing to scientific literature through research papers and academic publications focused on evidence-based psychological interventions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.
