Heti Singh is a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Political Science at R.D. Government College, Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India. Her academic interests mainly focus on the dimensions of International Relations, democracy, South Asian politics, political leadership, and contemporary global issues. She is actively engaged in research related to democratic crises, geopolitical transformations, and the role of Generation-Z in modern political developments, with special reference to Nepal. She has published research papers in multidisciplinary journals and aims to contribute to the field of Political Science through critical and policy-oriented research.

This Ph.D. research project focuses on the study of contemporary dimensions of International Relations, South Asian politics, democracy, and geopolitical transformations. The research particularly examines emerging political challenges, democratic crises, and regional strategic developments with special reference to South Asia. The project aims to contribute to academic understanding and policy-oriented analysis through critical and interdisciplinary research methodology under the support of the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Successfully presented a research paper titled “India and Pakistan Relations: Special Reference to Operation Sindoor” at the Three Days International Conference on “NEP-2020 Analytics and Bhartiya Gyan Sampada (IKS): A Pragmatic Perspective” organized by Ajeenkya D.Y. Patil University, Pune, in collaboration with Bhartiya Shikshan Mandal and Central University of Kashmir from 5–7 October 2025.
