Journal of Agricultural En gineering and Fo od Technology ( JAEFT) (Pr int ISSN: 2350-0085; On line ISSN: 2350-0263) is a quarterly in ternational open access jou rnal o f t he Krishi San skriti (http://www.krishisanskriti.org), a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered under society registration act 1860 which is engaged in academic and economic development of the society with special emphasis on integrating industry and academia. The journal JAEFT is devoted to publication of original research on various aspects of agric ultural engineering and food technology including the scientific leads in the formative stage which has a promise for a pragm atic application. The scopes of the journal include, but are no t limited to, the following fields: agricultural sc iences, B iological Engi neering, F ood a nd Process E ngineering, a gronomy, hort iculture, cr op p hysiology, cr op protection, bre eding, ge netics and pl ant p athology, ent omology, soi l and water m anagement, agr icultural an d bi o-resource engineering, agricultural economics, biodiversity, raw material composition to consumer acceptance, from physical properties to food engineering practices, and from quality assurance and safety to storage, distribution, marketing and use, proximate analysis, novel foods, food quality assurance and food safety, raw material composition of food, food storage and distribution, consumer acceptance of foodstuffs, physical properties of food, food engineering practices, food marketing, food manufacturing techniques and so on . Publication is open to all research ers from all ove r t he w orld. M anuscripts t o be s ubmitted t o t he J ournal m ust represent ori ginal resea rch reports and has not been su bmitted el sewhere prior t o or a fter s ubmission t o t his journal fo r publication. All the manuscripts submitted for consideration in JAEFT is subject to peer-review for taking up final decision on acceptance for publication, and decision of the editorial team will be final.
