Abstract

Analysis of all published information on the coefficients of heat transfer and mass-wall bed. Influence of the superficial velocities of gas and liquid, the diameter and the speed of sedimentation of the particles, the retention of the solid phase and the diameter of the column. Unified correlations. New data on mass transfer coefficients in columns 200 and 385 mm in diameter. Review of data transfer material and particle-liquid gas-liquid. We show the existence of four hydrodynamic regimes. The influence of particle size, the solids loading and superficial velocities of gas and liquid is very different depending on the plan.
