I used my position and capacity as a facilitator and consultant with the Cross-River State Government (CRSG), at Ayade Industrial Park Calabar,to build & facilitate the rice city project.With the help of state and federal government, we saw through a massive industrised and mechanised rice seedling project for the process of rice food chain and modern rice seedling processing technology.
