Finance Process Owner - IT FP&A
Lead end-to-end FP&A system projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and automation. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and adopt the drive system through training. Own and manage FP&A IT systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan). Ensure systems support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and real-time reporting. Align FP&A processes with ERP systems (Oracle JDE, Oracle EPM, Cannon) for seamless data flow. Standardize and automate financial planning workflows, reducing manual effort. Implement AI-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and self-service reporting dashboards. Work with IT teams to improve data integration between ERP, FP&A tools, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and Business Units, ensuring alignment of financial systems with corporate strategy. Translate finance requirements into IT system configurations. Work closely with senior leadership to enhance financial reporting capabilities. Ensure financial data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulations (IFRS, GAAP, SOX, ASC 606, IFRS 15). Maintain audit trails and governance controls for financial data accuracy. Improve reporting structures with real-time analytics and drill-down capabilities.
Sr Manager IT-FP&A Systems – Global Reporting, Budgeting and Process
Evaluate Current Systems: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of our current FP&A systems, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools. Develop Transformation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for enhancing and redefining the FP&A systems to align with industry-standard processes and organizational objectives. Systems Integration: Lead all aspects of the integration of FP&A systems with other financial and operational systems to ensure data integrity and consistency. Process Improvement: Find opportunities to streamline and automate financial planning and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner Collaboration: Developing a close partnership and collaboration with business and technology collaborators and processes Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and align FP&A systems accordingly. Project & Vendor Management: Lead the implementation of FP&A system enhancements, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Evaluate and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring the selection of appropriate tools and technologies that meet the organization's needs. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in FP&A systems and processes, proactively finding opportunities for continuous improvement. Budgeting and Forecasting: Together with management, hold monthly business reviews with each business unit and report to the executive team.

Provide day to day support of the Oracle Fusion ERP environment including applying periodic patches, reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support. Continuously reviews opportunities for improvement in how Oracle Fusion ERP platform is leveraged and brings best practices to the forefront. Must be able to produce detailed system requirements specifications, data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods.
