Dr Shalini is a dedicated academic professional with a diverse range of experiences in teaching, research, and coordination. As an Assistant Professor, Shalini has taught courses in Political Science and related fields at various academic institutions including JECRC University, Jaipur, MJRP University, Mahatma Gandhi Engineering College, Jaipur, and TikaRam Girls Degree College, Aligarh. In addition to their teaching experiences, Shalini has served as an Editor for the "International Journal of Hindi Research" and a Reviewer for the "International Journal of Novel Research and Development." Shalini is also a Registered Social Scientist with ICSSR. Their research interests include Political Science and International Relations, Public Administration, Indian Constitution and Movements, and Political Thoughts.
