Hritik Tomar is an Assistant Professor and hospitality academic specializing in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, and Tourism. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management at Desh Bhagat University and holds M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Hotel Management from Lovely Professional University.
With over three years of teaching experience at CT University, Desh Bhagat University, and KC College of Hotel Management, he has taught Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Human Resource Management, Tourism, and Hospitality Marketing. His research focuses on regional cuisines, culinary tourism, and sustainable hospitality, with publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters.
