Successfully implemented optimum methodologies for recurrent problems in the operation and maintenance of a 60 MW (3*20 MW) captive power plant connected to the utility grid. Managed 1 AFBC boiler of 115 TPH and 86 kg/cm² Pr., 8 WHRB boilers of 10 TPH and 86 kg/cm² Pr., and 2 WHRB boilers of 38 TPH and 86 kg/cm² Pr. connected to batteries. Oversaw 2 20 MW extraction WCC condensing STG sets and 1 20 MW extraction ACC condensing STG set for captive power consumption of the integrated steel plant. Optimised power plant operations and maintenance through frequent evaluation, enhanced data analysis, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Utilised comprehensive data analytics tools and Six Sigma techniques to streamline processes and enhance operational reliability. Leveraged statistical software (R-Studio, Excel) for predictive analytics, leading to significant improvements like optimising power plant outages and implementing a load management system. Ensured compliance with HSE protocols and engaged the team through training and communication for maintenance and operational excellence.
Engagement Manager
Successfully led a team of consultants in the domain of product mix development strategy for Oswal Consultants, a B2B marketplace platform service business entity. Provided a consulting deliverable with a data-driven decision-making (DDDM) approach, analysing data with statistical software tools such as Excel and R-Studio (GUI). Implemented management frameworks including segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), PESTLE analysis, and competitive analysis for MVP (Minimum Viable Product) analysis. Developed a demand-based pricing strategy and determined financial viability through profit margin data.
ENGINEER-Operations
Completed the performance guarantee test for a 180 MW (3*60 MW) independent power plant connected to the utility grid, with 3 CFBC boilers of 250 TPH and 108 kg/cm² Pr. connected to the battery, and 3 60 MW Extraction ACC Condensing STG Sets. Completed the greenfield project of an AFBC boiler of 50 TPH and 15 kg/cm² for utility steam consumption by ammonia and urea process applications in the fertiliser plant, fertiliser business unit of the group. Completed a greenfield project of a 35 MW power plant with an AFBC boiler and TG set for the power requirement of cement ball mills (6 x 72 tph), five packer units, and a cement corrugated sheet plant, cement business unit of the group.

Minimum viable product (MVP) analysis for business consulting firm
The data driven decision making (DDDM) method was applied to identify the services feasibility and financially viability for services offered at Oswal Consultants digital marketplace platform. The commercial attractiveness parameter profit margin was taken in consideration for financially viability analysis of the services offered at OC marketplace platform. The result of data analysis with the secondary data predicted that website development and digital marketing were financially viable services for Oswal Consultants.
Financial Modeling Analysis for Renewable Solar Energy Power Project.
Solar PV power generation projects are built up through government entity, private enterprises and public – private partnerships enterprises. Provision of tie up with local enterprises as joint venture / special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the investment would give a boost to local enterprises. Solar PV power projects can be setup in much shorter timeframe when compared to conventional power projects and cost of solar PV power has become more economical in present time. Solar PV power can meet energy requirements for both grids connected and off – grid connected applications such as solar powered agricultural pump sets, the mobile telecom towers in many parts of India that have little access to the utility grid and other stand-alone commercial and industrial ventures.The decrease in capital cost (capex), decrease in operating cost (opex) with increase in efficiency and significant financial support by the government is likely to result in wide range of attractive business opportunities along the solar energy value chain in India.
