Issue 12 of The View Magazine for women with conviction Autumn and Winter 2024
As part of my contributions to the editorial board of The View Magazine Volume 12, I focused on gender rights, primarily addressing the consequences faced by women prisoners in the UK and providing a commentary on Spain's Gender Pay Revolution. Since the magazine operates on a paid subscription model, only the pieces authored by me have been included in my portfolio.
Patent Ownership and IP Transactions- Problems and Concerns
One chapter of this project is Published in Bharti Law Review Vol. IV, Issue III (UGC Recognized) (ISSN: 2278-6996). This work focuses on the ownership aspect of patent transactions especially, the aspect of IP Agreements such as Technology licensing, Patent Assignment, Software Licensing and so on.
