- Developed algorithms for real time pathogen detection in industrial processes, from hyper -spectral images. Analyze d microbiological data using python and MATLAB. Work in progress for android applications. Formulated algorithms for assumption free principal component analysis (chemo -metrics). Applied machine learning and fuzzy logic for data analysis of consumer products and psychological perceptions. Built software applications, statistical approaches and mathematical algorithms to support research requirements. Delivered internal and external presentations to government, company and public groups to facilitate transparent and effective use of research.
Junior Research Fellow - Senior Research Fellow
- Southern Ocean Marine Living Resources program Analysed microbial diversity and extraction of bio -active molecules and bio -geochemistry on Indian sector of Southern Ocean in Antarctica Front and Antarctica. Delegated for field sample collection for exploration to Antarctica. Monitoring and Modelling of Marine Ecosystems In-charge for purchase of analytical lab instruments for development of biochemistry lab. Field sample collection of diatoms and there screening for toxins (Domoic Acid), using research vessel FORV SAGAR SAMPADA (125 days voyage). Sorted and analysed physical and chemical oceanography data collected by CTD and AWS using big data analytics and softwares like Surfer, Grapher, Plotter and ADCP.

- Responsible for smooth operation of laboratory and equipment including Flow cytometer . Processed s tem cell , analysed and report preparation prior to storage for client samples. Streamlining regular audits for NABL accreditation.

- Worked on optimisation of industrial process for preparation of plant protein -based products such as soya protein isolates/concentrate and soya butter . Methodological process development for utilization of plant -based milk industry by -product okara; for production of fortified biscuits and bakery products . Quantified, characterized and performed animal trials along with human trials for the developed products .

Key member of the team for optimization of commercially viable process of cryogenic storage of stem cell (Ova) from menstrual blood and its harvesting.
Generated mouse monoclonal antibodies for rapid detection of domoic acid and analysed binding pathways using animal cell lines.
Developed algorithms for real time detection of pathogens in industrially p roduced dairy products, using hyperspectral imaging and near infrared sensors. Validated using industrially by producing fermented and non -fermented cheese with batch reactions up to 500ltr of milk. Developed and implemented HACCP guidelines for NIFTEM stu dent mess.
