I am t eaching and coordinating the MSc Clinical Research Programme . Research Project fellow
Worked on a Research project entitled Detection of viability of Mycobacterium Leprae in the soil samples in summer from Ghatampur Field Area by targeting 16S rRNA gene region and underwent 6 months training at JALMA, ICMR under the supervision of Dr. V.M Katoch , Director & Head at National Jalma I nstitute for Leprosy and other Mycobacteri al diseases (JALMA, ICMR) , Agra. During that period, the orientation training was imparted to me in various technologies such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Electron Microscopy, Bio -safety Procedures (BSL -3), BacT/ALERT 3D Colorimetric Culture System, Drug Susceptibility Testing, Molecular Bi ology Methods (DNA Purification, Primers and Probes Designing, PCR, Real -time PCR, RFLP, MIRU -VNTR, Spoligotyping, RAPD, Dot Blot Hybridization, DNA Sequencing, In situ Hybridization Methods, DNA Chip Technology ), and Proteomics (Protein Sequencing, 2 -D Pr otein Electrophoresis, MALDI TOF Analysis ).
