Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology has dramatically transformed industries across the globe, and the Human Resources (HR) sector is no exception. Product management in HR technology solutions has evolved significantly, driven by various industry trends and technological developments. As companies increasingly adopt HR tech platforms to streamline workforce management, enhance employee engagement, and drive data-driven decisions, the role of product management has grown more critical. This paper explores the evolution of product management practices in HR tech, providing insights into key trends such as automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud-based solutions. The purpose of this research is to examine how these trends have influenced the way HR products are developed, managed, and delivered to meet the changing demands of organizations worldwide. The methodology for this research involved a combination of literature reviews, industry reports, and case studies of leading HR tech firms. A qualitative approach was adopted to understand the underlying forces shaping the evolution of product management in HR technology.
