The late Shri Annasaheb Chudaman Patil founded the Jawahar Medical Foundation in 1984 with the aim and mission of developing world-class medical education and tertiary healthcare to serve the local population in and around the north Maharashtra regio pulation in and around the north Maharashtra region. The trust is officially recognised by the Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act of 1950 and the Society Registration Act of 1860. In 2002, the trust established ACPM Dental College to serve the Oral health needs of the tribal and rural residents of the Dhule area. The Dental college has expanded into a tertiary health care facility that spans 12.84 acres of beautiful green, environmentally friendly space, including classroom buildings, hospital buildings, dormitories for boys and girls, residents, faculty, nursing staff, and non-teaching employees. The College offers BDS, MDS and PhD degrees and is recognized by the Dental Council of India. It is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nashik. The college and hospital's facilities and staff are set up in accordance with the dental council's guidelines for the annual admission of 100 BDS students and 29 postgraduate degrees in a variety of Subjects. According to the NEET score, admission to graduate and postgraduate programs is handled by the central admission committee of the Government of Maharashtra. ACPM Dental College envisions to become a centre for quality dental education and health care of international repute by creating dental healthcare professionals with sound academic knowledge and clinical skills, to train general, specialized and allied professional personnel to meet regional and national oral health care knowledge and skills, be efficient, effective, community acceptable and excel in service, education and research and to serve humanity with empathy, dedication and sincerity.
