The rape victim clinical and community approaches to treatment
Abstract
The two of us come from very different academic backgrounds: one a clinical psychologist trained in intrapsychic dynamics and individual approaches to psychotherapy, the other trained in community level analysis of mental health and treatment. We were drawn together by our agreement on the necessity of each of these perspectives to understand the experiences of rape victims.
