Abstract
Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of modern life, particularly among teenagers. While these devices offer numerous benefits, excessive usage may lead to psycho-physiological hazards. This review aims to explore the impact of mobile phone usage on teenagers, focusing on psychological and physiological risks. Various studies highlight the detrimental effects; including addiction, sleep disturbances, and cognitive impairments. Understanding these risks is crucial for designing effective educational interventions to mitigate adverse consequences.
