Menses during student life
Abstract
Menstruation, in other terms known as ‘periods’, is the discharge of blood along with tissue lining, the inner layer of uterus known as the endometrium lining through the vagina. Items which are essential for consumption during ‘periods’ are necessary to know well. Remedies from painful menstruation is very essential part that to be known by every young girl students. Family support during menstruation and details of mechanism are also discussed in this article.
