Abstract
To invite talented employees, employers have implemented certain practices in recent years. Employee branding is a tool of management that can assist to retain staff and decrease compensation levels. Employer branding focus on both attracting have employees and retaining existing employees employer branding can become more successful if it make its existing employees statue, more stability of employees show that employees are highly satisfied with their organization. In this study researchers investigated effects of employee branding on staff retention in mining industries in Southern Rajasthan. This study also covered factors affecting on employer branding in mining industries in Southern Rajasthan. From the result of the study it can be inferred that employer branding of mining companies is effective.
