Abstract
:This research explores the intersection of Buddhist ethics and modern business practices, delving into how the core teachings of Buddhism, such as the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, and concepts like compassion and non-attachment, can provide a unique framework for ethical decision-making in business. In a rapidly changing global economy where businesses are often criticized for unsustainable practices, exploitation, and the pursuit of profit at all costs, Buddhism offers a paradigm that challenges conventional capitalist principles by promoting mindfulness, ethical conduct, and long-term sustainability.
