Abstract
This study investigates the enhancement of user experience (UX) in web applications through a benchmarking-based optimization approach. Recognizing the limitations of fragmented UX evaluation practices, the study develops and applies a comprehensive benchmarking framework that integrates usability, performance, and satisfaction metrics.
