Development of a Novel SARS-CoV-2 Immune Complex Vaccine Candidate (CRCx) with Broad Immune Responses: A Preclinical Trial in Animal Model.

Abstract

Developed a novel antibody-functionalized psyllium granule formulation for the in vitro removal of uremic toxins, demonstrating significant reductions in urea, creatinine, and uric acid. Investigated an innovative antibody-based adsorbent technology for reducing nitrogenous waste products as a potential complementary therapy for chronic kidney disease. Evaluated a novel formulation for binding and sequestering uremic toxins, showing promising in vitro efficacy for future chronic kidney disease management. Designed and assessed an antibody-functionalized granule platform that effectively reduced uremic toxins in serum samples from dialysis patients under controlled laboratory conditions.
