Dr. LIU Xinbao, professor and doctoral supervisor, has been selected for the national talent plan. He is a member of the 8th Management Science and Engineering Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, assistant to the president of Hefei University of Technology. He is the head of the Innovative Research Group, "Theories and Methods of Decision-making for Enterprises in the Internet and Big Data Environment", of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and the head of the Innovation and Intellect Introduction Base, "Complex Product Manufacturing Process Optimization and Decision-making", of the Discipline Intellect Base for National Higher Education Institutions (111 Program) . He is also vice chairman of Committee of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering and the Chairman of the Professional Committee of Intelligent Manufacturing System Engineering of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of decision-making science and technology, and complex product manufacturing process optimization and decision-making. He has presided over more than 20 research projects, including National 863 Program, Innovative Research Group Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Research and Development Program, and other important projects entrusted by enterprises and institutions. He has published more than 150 academic papers, and one English monograph by Springer, Optimization and Management in Manufacturing Engineering. In the past five years, he has published more than 50 SCI papers in POM, Omega, European Journal of Operational Research and other international journals. He has been awarded two second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize of Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education, one first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Machinery Industry, one first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Anhui Province, one second prize of Natural Science Award of Anhui Province, and one second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award.
