  • As a Program Manager at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, I am responsible for managing complex projects. My role involves close collaboration with PIs and HQPs and ensure timely completion of projects within budget. I coordinate meetings and events, and conduct quality assurance checks on project documents to facilitate prompt information distribution. My expertise lies in budgeting, event management, project coordination, and developing policies in compliance with funding agencies. I provide governance, accountability, capacity building, and engagement expertise to manage projects effectively. Using PeopleSoft HCM, I request payrolls, manage hiring, and coordinate quality controls to ensure deadlines meet requirements. Moreover, I assist faculty and students with technical, manuscript, and grant writing. My experience in literature reviews and evaluations for well-reputed journals, and my on-the-job experience has honed my skills in health-related research and problem-solving. I am passionate about contributing to impactful research and building strong relationships with partners to achieve success in my role.
