Saurabh Dave is a highly accomplished software engineer with over 20 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade products in network management, cloud computing, and analytics. Currently serving as a Staff II Engineer at VMware Inc. He pioneered WebSocket communication protocols for enhanced full-duplex connectivity between on-premises ADCs and ADM Cloud Service and engineered multi-tenancy architecture while collaborating with SRE and senior leadership for service scaling and operations. He also led the Citrix ADM Service Connect project, significantly boosting service adoption by ten times within six months. His contributions to Citrix ADM include designing a scalable SafeHaven endpoint microservice supporting millions of probes per minute and implementing a security advisory microservice for ADM Service Connect customers. Earlier in his career, he worked on configuration management, grid computing applications, and OEM/EMS frameworks at Velankani Communication Technologies, Cybage Software, and U&I Systems Design Limited. His expertise spans programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python, along with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra. His technical interests include distributed systems, scalable architectures, APIs, and hybrid multi-cloud solutions. A prolific innovator, he holds multiple patents, including systems and methods for managing guest virtual machines and SR-IOV pass-thru via an intermediary device. His achievements include leading the design and architecture of three enterprise-grade products at Citrix, significantly contributing to revenue growth and customer adoption. He also played a crucial role in refining CI/CD processes for accelerating agent releases at VMware.
