About
An able academician Dr. Sanjay Payasi initiates his career in 2004 and having rich experience for over more than 19 years. In the year 2005, Dr. Payasi joined administration with academics as Founder faculty in charge for various educational institutions and departments. Dr. Payasi has developed various Training Modules for motivating employees, students and management as well and also developed 60 teaching module in diverse set of subjects for regular and distance learning program of various universities.
Dr. Payasi holds master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Application, Marketing Management, Personnel Management and Doctor of Philosophy in Management. Dr. Payasi is approved research supervisor in management at Barkatullah University Bhopal. Prior to joining AIM, he has worked for Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions and taught at Vidyasasgar Institute of Management as a faculty member.
Dr. Payasi has published and presented Case Studies, Monographs, articles and Research Papers in renowned National and International Journals/Seminars/Conferences. Dr Payasi is also Consultant to renowned Educational Organisations. His area of interest includes Sensitivity training, ERP & MIS Motivational Training, Case analysis, Business Quiz, Business & Sales Games, Simulation, Research Paper & Project Review, Facilitating Experiential Learning, Impersonation, Mnemonics, Role play, Quantitative Techniques, Business Statistics, Operation Research, System Analysis & Design and Management Information System. He is the Chairman of Gulab Shiksha Samiti Bhopal, Unique Institute, Secretary Indian Society for Training & Development Bhopal Chapter and Life Member of All India Management Association (AIMA), Indian Commerce Association (ICA), Indian Accounting Association and many more voluntary organizations.
Dr Payasi is a popular speaker of Research, Social Welfare & Personality Development. Currently, He is the Professor at Anand Institute of Management Bhopal.
