- The Institute is affiliated to R T M Nagpur University and offers full time MBA Program approved by AICTE, New Delhi and University affiliated UG Programs such as BBA and BCCA Chief Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to o Director, Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur o President, Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur Prepare and ensure effective conduct of Academic Calendar Act as a Chief Resource Person for subjects in Managerial Economics, Accounting and Finance Area Intellectual Resource Allocation Assist the Director in day to day administration of the Institute Coordinate and liaison with various bodies like AICTE, DTE, Shikshan Shulka Samiti, R T M Nagpur University etc. for various purposes Draft a proposal for Shikshan Shulka Samiti for fee fixation Coordinate all extra and co-curricular activities aimed at overall development of students Design and execute the resource allocation plan for the Institute Execute the internal audit programs effectively Obtain and analyze reports on students placement and short term projects Organize academic events like Conferences, Seminars, etc. Act as a Chief Editor for Tirpudes National Journal of Business Research - Apotheosis Preparation and Implementation of Employee Policy Manual for the Institute Faculty mentoring, guiding in writing research papers/doctoral thesis, etc. Co-ordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell Milestones Have been instrumental in introducing UG programmes in 2005 as Backward Integration Process . This has increased student strength of the Institute from 120 to 1400 in a period of 6 years and revenue budget from Rs. 36 lakhs to Rs. 6 crores in a period of 8 years . Have been able to stabilize admission process leaving no seat vacant in last 12 years. Have been able to motivate and guide staff members in research publication resulting in publication of over 80 papers and books in last 4 years. Have been instrumental in organizing 2 National and 1 International Conferences. Has initiated the first ever ISSN recognized journal publication for the Institute APOTHEOSIS Have been able to get the Institute accredited by NAAC securing 2.94 CGPA with B++ Grade in the first cycle.
