- Oracle Development Manager /IT Operations Manager/Technical Development Lead/Oracle Technical Architect o Managed projected related to Oracle E-Business Suite – Implementations, Conversion, Upgrade, and support. o Managed all aspects of application development life cycle including systems analysis, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements. o Projects included transitioning business units with various legacy systems into centralized Oracle ERP system. o Handled large-scale projects and interacted effectively with business and stakeholders to translate business requirements in IT deliverables. o Managed 20+ direct reports (contract and full time) and third-party outsourcing teams. o Led the requirements gathering workshops to drive unique global footprint. o Demonstrated the ability to interact with all levels of management. This is a major rollout with CPQ implementation, integration to Oracle for Order configuration and beyond. o Sales force Go live – Integrate Oracle applications for Sales force front end for Quote intake, customer master sync, Oracle status kiosk. o B2C Ecommerce – Integration of HNI Ecommerce portal to Oracle Applications to inflow Oracle intake to EBS. This also includes inventory sync, Customer Sync, Shipping status to Ecommerce portal. o R12.2.10 Upgrade – Upgrade of application tier to R12.2.10 to support 19C database upgrade. This is a technical upgrade with retrofitting the new application to support existing customizations. o Environment: Oracle EBS (R12) – OM, INV, PO, BOM& WIP, DIST, OTM.
