I am Rajani Kumar Sindavalam and I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, which is recognized as one of the premier business schools. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In my role as Senior Technical Manager and Medical Device Leader at HCLTech, I have worked on design and development projects for a diverse range of medical devices, including infusion pumps, bedside monitoring devices, peritoneal dialysis cyclers, and nerve stimulators, as well as novel medical devices that are first of its kind into the market. In my 19+ years of experience, I have provided design engineering services to major medical corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, JJIV, Varian, and Baxter.
