- Plan and deliver Hospitality Management lessons clearly & efficiently. Develop students' creativity and problem solving skills through study, research and practical projects. Monitor and maintain high student morale , motivation & ensure student discipline. Responsible for completing the curriculum of the students and handling all type of teaching work as well as other activities like sports, cultural programmes, induction programmes, seminars, study tours, industrial visit, picnic, seminars, blood donation camp etc. in accordance with the role. Providing the best teaching methodology to the students. Preparing the students to meet the challenge of hospitality industry. Assist in Research and development activities for improving quality of teaching of service to the hospitality industry. Overall responsibility for the efficient working of the Department concerned including maintenance of high educational standards, records, all equipments, tools & materials with the department.
