Dr. P.R. Chandra Reddy (P. Rama Chandra Reddy), born on 7th October 1956, is a Professor in the Department of Science and Humanities at the Mother Teresa Institute of Engineering and Technology. He holds an M.A. in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara (SV) University, an M.Phil. from Annamalai University, and a Ph.D. in Indian English from Dravidian University. His primary academic and research specialization focuses on Indian English literature. His favourite men of letters are: Shakespeare, Maugham, Shelley, Dostoevsky, Sartre, Russell, Shaw, Thomas Hardy, Charles Dickens, Hugo et al.
