Having 8 yrs. of experience in Food technology sector with multiple technical certifications in food safety quality control and 4.5 yrs. of expertise in research. Hands on Experience on end-to-end food manufacturing processes i.e., Food Safety, Food production, Quality Control, Raw material receiving, HACCP,FIFO, FEFO etc. Experienced in manufacturing and catering based processes. Extensively worked with Different food sectors for gaining holistic Knowledge on Food processing sector. Having good experience on Food Safety, Quality, Research & Development with best practices. Attended multi sector national and international seminars, webinars, conferences and workshops for gaining extensive knowledge towards the food technology and allied streams.
