Dr. N. Venkatesh is a distinguished academician with a robust educational background encompassing a Ph.D. in Operations Management from Mysore University, an MBA with HR specialization from IGNOU, and an MS in Manufacturing Management from BITS, Pilani. Currently serving as a Professor at Canara Engineering College, Bantwal, he brings over two decades of teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Venkatesh has authored numerous research papers and presented at international and national conferences, focusing on Six Sigma implementation and strategic management in technical education. In this research the empirical survey of employees of manufacturing industries which have implemented Six Sigma is collected and analyzed to understand the contribution of six sigma towards financial benefits, productivity, growth of the company, peoples’ equity and customer satisfaction.
APPLICATION OF STRAGIC MANAGEMENT IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The project work entitled APPLICATION OF STRAGIC MANAGEMENT IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION was carried out to fulfill the requirement for the award of the degree under the guidance of Dr. K.P. Srinivasasetty.
This project work aimed at obtaining a view of the experts in the field of Technical Education about the current scenario & the required changes in Technical Education. A Delphi survey was carried out covering entire nation in which 90 experts participated.
