With strong belief in liberal attitude, I intend to contribute for English communication skills; to determine learners in their innovative intellectual capabilities; and to soften their writing skills for the creative expressions. I also aim to inspire learners with advanced research aptitude vis-a-vis unique inclinations in the field English soft skills along with affiliated literatures cum research thrusts thereof. I, therefore, come up with specialization as-- * Qualified Ph.D. in development of language uses with the relative meanings in varied contexts as per the theory of deconstruction *Qualified M.Phil. in formation cum transformation of language, identity, and nation as per the theory of post-colonialism. * Qualified Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) for teaching pedagogy in English. * Certified in National Level Test (NET) for assistant professor in higher education department. * Certified in State Level Test (SET) for assistant professor in higher education department. *Teaching Experience of 13 plus years at college as well as University Level in Literature, Language, and soft skills *I have co-authored around Eight (08) books and One (01) book chapter with the international publisher along with around Seventeen (17) Research publications including some foreign journals. * I have been a reviewer in a couple of journals as well.
