T.K Gundoor

Dedicated researcher and academic professional with experience in both research and teaching at the postgraduate level, specializing in the critical intersection of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Science University (NFSU), Goa. Ph.D. in Computer Science (Cybersecurity) from Karnatak University, Dharwad, focusing his doctoral research on the vital domain of Design an effective algorithm to detect Non-Portable Executable (Non-PE) Malicious Files. He is a Qualified NET and SET candidate in Computer Science and Application and holds a Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional certification from the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT, DRDO). His academic foundation includes a Master of Computer Application (MCA) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, and a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Karnatak University, Dharwad. His research work is highly focused on emerging technology and security, with a track record of significant academic contributions: He has published 6 journal papers including Scopus, Elsevier, springer, 7 conference papers, and has contributed 14 book chapters, 1 Edited book to publications by renowned international publishers like IGI Global, CRC Apple Press, Bentham science and Wiley, with several being Scopus-indexed. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, he has attended a total of 60+ Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), courses, and training programs, with recent attendance in advanced topics such as Cyber Security, Blockchain, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, including multiple programs. Actively contributes to maintaining the quality of scholarly work, receiving a Certificate of Recognition from Bentham Science Publishers for his peer-review contributions. Is a lifetime member of the IAENG International Association of Engineering and holds memberships with the IEEE Student Member, IFERP (Institute for Educational Research and Publication), and the CSTA (Computer Science Teachers Association).
