Basic Principles of Accounting I & II for Regular and weekend students of Bonga university , for Regular, Evening and weekend students of Jimma and Rift Valley University from December 2016 to march 2017. Advanced financial Accounting I for second year Regular and week -end students of Rift University during 2017. Accounting department Exam committee chairman and coop erative learning coordinator in Bonga university. Currently I have completed higher diploma program (HDP) education in Bonga university by Conducting My action research project on Improving female student academic achievement in case of 2nd year Accounting and finance department students.

I have two publication s on two different international journals. the first one is titled The Effect of Corporate Governance Mechanism on the Financial Performance of Microfinance Institutions Evidence f rom Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions already published on Research journal of Accounting and finance Vol. 10. No.21, 2019 Available online at www.iiste.org and the second article is titled Adoption of Cost and management accounting techniques: survey study on selected manufacturing firms in and around Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to be published with International journal of scientific research and publications (IJSRP) on February 2020 issue.
