Currently Dr. Sethi is teaching to students of Under Graduate, Post Graduate in Psychology and Supervise students pursuing Ph.D. in Psychology at Maharaja Purna Chandra Autonomus College, Baripada Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India which is affiliated to Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (MSCB University), Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India.
His current research and training interests include Mental Health & Wellbeing, Health Issues and Stigma, Discrimination, Academic Stress, Emotional Intelligence, Human Resource Management, Leadership & Employee empowerment, Organizational Climate, Attitude Measurement, Change and Development, Personality Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Stress management, Conflict Management, and Interpersonal Skills, etc.
Under the supervision of Dr. Sethi numbers of Master Degree Dissertations and Under Graduate research Projects have been awarded. He also Supervising some PhD Researchs and some Master Degree Dissertations right now. He has published a good numbers of research papers in various reputed peer review journals. He is the member of Journal Reviewer Board of the various national and international Journals like Springer Nature, IJRSIS, IJIRT, IJCRT etc.
