Lt Col (Dr) Anil Balhera is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laws at BPSMV, Sonipat, Haryana, specializing in Constitutional Law and Military Law. He holds a diverse academic background including LLB, LLM, Ph.D., and NET (Law), complemented by a Diploma in Defence Management. Serving as a commissioned officer in the Territorial Army since 2004, he received commendations for leading a cycling expedition along the international border in Punjab. With over 14 years of teaching experience, he has published extensively with more than 25 research papers and actively participates in national and international conferences. Dr. Balhera also maintains a YouTube channel on Constitutional Law and authored an e-book for students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
