• Supply, Fabrication & Installation of Signage items for HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, TATA MOTOR, M & M, Fabricated items for Indian railways /Oil & Gas industries. Work Profile: Project Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Control. Resource Planning & Material Procurement. Preparation of detailed BOM with time Schedule & Budgetary Estimates. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Analysis of Quotations & Negotiation with vendors for scope of supply with Quality. Coordinating with all work centers & vendors regularly for better execution of target. Ensure effective co-ordination between Design, Purchase, Client, Account, Vendor , Site with their functional processes related to project. Driving of all production activities with cost, quality & time targets. Preparing & release monthly dispatch schedule, invoicing plan & collection plan. Maintain records of plant as per ISO procedure.
