Analyzed the formulation strategy, efficiency, working relations and cross-functional issues in R&D and maintained the documents Worked on isolation of primary Chicken embryonic fibroblast cell, Chicken Spermatagonial stem cell from pre-hatched stage, Involved in transfected of primary isolated stem cells with targeted plasmids; integrated the targeted plasmids & compared with the positive GFP-plasmids and with specific protein expression that targeted. Carried out the study in in-vitro and in-vivo analysis; performed all Exercises of Method Validation and Method SOPs written according to guidelines.

Post Doctoral Fellowship

• Designed to elaborate the comparison of protein profiles and immunogenicity between tachyzoite and bradyzoite of Toxoplasma gondii conversed, in-vitro Induced the stage conversion by stress agent in vitro and was confirmed by ImmunoFluoresence Assay (IFA). Along with this study, in concern with stage specific Differentially Expressed Genes (DEG) was screened in in-vitro and also in-vivo model used as a diagnostic tool which helps to establishing the parasite biology that hide behind the infection.
