His career spans pivotal roles at SAIL Bhilai and Bokaro, where he managed multi-billion procurement budgets, led quality assurance initiatives, and implemented ERP systems. Academically distinguished with a Ph.D. in Management, he is actively involved in scholarly activities, peer reviewing, and has authored books and numerous publications.
