About

Dr. Kuldeep Singh works as a Professor & HoD at Amity University Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2007 at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai (India). In 2007, he worked as a postdoctoral scientist at Laboratoire de Synthèse Bioorganique, Illkirch (France). 2009 he joined Sai Advantium Pharma Ltd, Pune as a research scientist. He worked as an assistant professor at the Jaypee University of Information Technology and as an associate professor at Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana. His research activities focus on (a) the development of new synthetic methodologies using metathesis, coupling reactions, and C–H activation, (b) the design and synthesis of new molecules against antibacterial drug resistance; and (c) natural products, nanotechnology, and biofuels. He has supervised two Ph.D. theses and eighteen postgraduate theses. Currently, two research scholars are working with him. He is a member of the Chemical Research Society of India, the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the American Chemical Society.
