Dr. (Er.) Kiran Jalem is a Disaster Management Professional having 23 plus years of experience, which includes Industrial, Scientific, Research, Engineering, Teaching & Training etc. As an Assistant Professor with Shri Krishna Institute of Public Administration (SKIPA), Ranchi, Govt. of Jharkhand under the Non Plan Scheme of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, he had conducted several Training Programs on Disaster Management at SKIPA, Ranchi in collaboration with NIDM, NDMA, MHA, Govt. of India and Govt. of Jharkhand. Also, worked abroad for a year in Gulf, Middle East, Dubai, UAE in Oil Sector.
Dr. (Er.) Kiran Jalem is a Trainer on Disaster Management, Trainer on Gender Issues & Gender Budgeting and a Certified Trainer on Direct Trainer Skills (DTS) and Design of Training (DoT) by DoPT, Govt. of India & Thames University, London.
Dr. (Er.) Kiran Jalem Successfully Completed many Short Course Trainings, Advanced Certificate Courses & DST Sponsored Training Courses etc. during his career.
