• Responsible for leading, planning, execution, and completion of project. Monitors and controls project activities from initiation through delivery. Lead the analysis, architectural design and development of different applications for different clients Provide timely and accurate project status information to our client’s PMO team, escalate. project issues appropriately, mentor cross-functional project team members, and identify and share implementation best practices with them. Define processes and tools best suited to each project. Coordinate with internal and external vendor testing teams to prevent any vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for each individual account. Oversee coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work. Run ongoing internal program meetings, including weekly status check-ins. Provide program and project status reports to the project team and client. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Secure resources including overseeing equipment ordering, contract negotiation and vendor relations. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management and client as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
