Dr. Gokulakrishnan S is a seasoned academician and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. With an illustrious career spanning over 18 years in the field of teaching and research, he brings extensive experience and in-depth expertise in various domains of computer science. Dr. Gokulakrishnan completed his Postdoctoral Research in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics at the prestigious Ton Duc Thang University and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2022, where he worked on cutting-edge research in AI-driven solutions and data-driven decision-making models. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Tamil Nadu, in 2021, focusing on Cloud Computing, where he investigated scalable and efficient cloud-based systems. His academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Pallavan College of Engineering, affiliated with Anna University, followed by a master’s degree in Information Technology from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. Dr. Gokulakrishnan has made significant scholarly contributions with the publication of five research papers in Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus Indexed International Journals, and ten papers in reputed international conferences. His research interests include artificial intelligence, cloud computing, machine learning, data analytics, and high-performance computing. He is committed to academic excellence and passionate about nurturing student potential through mentoring, critical thinking development, and real-world skill application. His dedication to academia extends beyond research, actively engaging in mentoring and guiding young researchers, making him a sought-after mentor in his domain. Dr. Gokulakrishnan’s efforts in collaborative research, publication, and academic leadership exemplify his commitment to advancing the boundaries of computer science and engineering.
