Dr. Ganesh Sarangdhar Kakade is an Assistant Professor at Dr. Manorama & Prof. Haribhau Shankarrao Pundkar Arts, Commerce, and Science College in Balapur, Akola. He holds an MBA in HR from YCMOU, Nasik, and has pursued multiple Ph.D. programs in Sociology from Dr. BAMU, Aurangabad, and English from SGBAU, Amravati. With a strong academic background, he earned his MA in Sociology with 58.87% from Dr. BAMU, Aurangabad. Dr. Kakade has enriched his academic journey with courses like Employment Communication at IIT Kharagpur and Applied Linguistics at IIT Madras.
