DESIGN AND INTEGRATION OF MM-WAVE ANTENNA AND MMIC AMPLIFIERS
This project present millimetre wave antenna with integrated active elements for gain improvement. We have investigated different type of antenna that can work at 60 GHZ and selected antenna with maximum gain. Thus we use dipole antenna for gain enhancement. To increase the gain we firstly designed RLC circuit with amplifier, and then integrated it with dipole antenna. The dipole is used as feeder for YAGI UDA antenna. It also has very high gain. Thus we compare the gain of these two antennas. SOFTWARE USED : WORKED ON HFSS AND EDWIN XP.
CATALYTIC GROWTH OF CARBON NANOTUBE VIA CVD TECHNIQUES AND ITS APPLICATION AS OPTO-ELECTRONIC HUMIDITY SENSOR
This project deals with the cheapest method for the synthesis of pure carbon nanotubes using CVD at low temperature. Growth of carbon nanotubes are done by using different catalyst and substrates. Thin film fabricated by using CNT enhanced the optoelectronic humidity sensing property in comparison with another metal oxide sensor. The response and recovery time is half in comparison to other metal oxide sensors. The sensitivity is also increased by using CNTs in optoelectronic humidity sensing. SOFTWARE USED: WORKED ON ORIGIN 8.5 AND GUASSIAN 09
