Dr.Nand is a researcher in the field of fashion management. Nand, is the founder of ISRIT Book Publications and PhD Research Academy and Women’s Design Academy, an MSME Registered ISO Certified firms., an e learning platform for women learners in India. She works with collaborative research designs with fashion and management frameworks. She has worked with buyers like NAPA, Pier1, Lifestyle, Amazon, Topshop and H&M and conducted several university level fashion shows as well. She holds an expertise in writing for women wellbeing researches. She has already worked for organizations like NCERT, PSSCIVE, CRISP. Her core interest areas hold in socio economic assessment of women labor in Readymade Garment Industry. Social sustainable development is her interest area where she wishes to contribute insights to policymakers. Curriculum development, developing training materials and research methodologies are also add-ons to her academic expertise. Nand, is profoundly skilled in research software’s like SPSS and Smart PLS 4.0 andholds keen interest in conducting industry oriented research projects. She is an author of 15 Publications including 4 Books and 11 Research Papers.
