I am Dr. V. Iyappan, an Assistant Professor with over 6 years of experience in education. I hold a Ph.D. in Education from Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, along with M.Ed., M.Sc. in Botany, B.Ed., and B.Sc. degrees. My expertise includes teaching B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses, conducting research in educational psychology, and supervising M.Ed. candidates. I have published several articles in national and international journals and actively participate in faculty development programs and webinars. I also serve as an examiner for various practical examinations.
